Our junior suites are the main and most beautiful part of our accomodation complex. They are built on the hill amphitheatrically, just above the sealine rocks, revealing an incredible view of the small Cyclades’ deep blue.
Internally, they are equipped of a double bed measuring 160×200 (Queen size) with orthopedic mattresses of elite strom®, open plan built-in wardrobe with internal lighting and shelves, built-in kitchenette with sink, extractor fan, electric hob, fridge and 24 inch TV with usb player. The window and veranda frames are made of PVC and are built with thermal-break technology, with mesh screens in all areas. The second space (at the entrance) is a small living room where the built-in corner sofa can be converted into a single-size bed. If you would like that bed for sleep you have to notify us before arrival to have it ready. The bathroom is layered with modern granite tiles, marble tabletop washbasin, italian faucets, built-in shower and led lighting. In all bathrooms of our accommodation you will find, upon your arrival, a complementary welcome kit of shower gel & shampoo.
Externally, there are two areas in every suite, the west balcony and east balcony. The western overlooks Naxos, the Makares, Koufonissia and Keros. There is no shade above it so that it has a seamless view even at night, but the balcony has natural shading due to its position in our accommodation complex, until about 12 at noon. The eastern balcony, at the entrance of the suite, overlooks Amorgos and the village of Stavros in Donoussa. You can relax there from 12 at noon onwards up to sundown – that is if you decide not to go to the beach, which is almost impossible!

We are located 200 meters from the main port where Blue Star Ferries arrive and a few meters more from the pier "Vala" where Skopelitis Express arrives. The distance is about 1-2 minutes with leisure walking from the main port and 3-4 minutes from pier "Vala". If you still want to be transfered from the main port, that can be arranged upon request and is subject to availability.
During high season periods (determined by boat schedules - usually after the 10th of June) the check-out needs to occur by 11.30am
Check-in and check-out are almost always based on the arrivals and departures of boats.
Boat of arrival/departure information is a requirement and always requested during online/phone reservation.
At every arrival we are always waiting for you at the entrance of our accommodation at the time you have informed us during your reservation. However, if you do not arrive at or depart from our accommodation by boat (eg arrival from/departure to another accommodation on the island) then the check-in and check-out are arranged with the customer based on the availability of the accommodation. Also if you wish to delay your check-in time after your boat arrives please inform us.
If you come by car or motorbike you can park just below our accomodation on the roadside as long as you do not disturb the road traffic (it is minimal in any case). Alternatively you can park in the municipal parking lot of the island located in the port, about 200 meters away from our complex.
We do not provide breakfast yet, unfortunately, but you can order breakfast from your room and it will be delivered directly to you from a nearby bar/cafe (not included in the price of the reservation).
All reservations require a 30% deposit of the total cost. It is payable during reservation using credit/debit card or paypal. You can also use bank transfer after the reservation process. The room is reserved for a limited time until the transfer is completed.
Cancellation charges of a reservation with deposit paid:
– 21 days before arrival: Free (deposit return)
– From 21 to 3 days before arrival: charge 30% of total stay value (deposit withheld)
– From 3 days to the day of arrival: charge 100% of total stay value (full amount claimed)
Cancellation charges during your stay:
– If you decide to leave before the end of your reservation, regardless the reason, the full amount of the reservation will be required.
Changes can be made up to 3 days before the arrival date for free (based on availability) and refer only to the same set of reservation days. If the change concerns a reduction in the days of the total stay, the reservation is considered a cancellation and the total payable amount of the reservation will remain the same as the original reservation.
The deposit will normally apply to the new reservation.
If there is no availability, then the charge follows the above cancellations table.
The fee for non-show in every case is 100% of the value of your stay
No pets are allowed (dogs, cats etc.) in our acommodation.
No more people than those agreed intially at booking time are allowed to stay in any room in our accommodation. If any violation is discovered for any reason (e.g. appearance of a sudden guest for the already staying guests, invitation for third party guests to stay in the accomodation etc.), the management may cancel the reservation of existing residents entirely and evacuate the room by legal means in accordance with the Article 8 of law 1652/30.10.1986 (FEK 167 A'). In order to avoid such circumstaces, unpleasant for the management and guests, it would be prefereable that the management is informed of the individual case or incident (e.g. sudden visitor of already staying guests) and finding an agreement on the matter so that legal settlement is avoided.
